The free silioon content of the silicon carbidie roler(y BSiC) produced by the innovative process

 is lowerthan 8%, and the silicon carbidie content is higher than 85%-95%. The improverment of 

these two indica-tors makes the service life of the product about 25% longer, whicn can

signficantly reduce the replace-ment frequency of the silcon carbide roller bar in the sintenng kin.
